Spring Week 1:

Students will be able to describe a few key biographical facts about composer Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart.

Spring Week 2:
1. Students will be able to define arco identify the symbol for bow lift, and perform a bow lift.
Spring Week 3:
1. Students will be able to identify and perform notes on the D and A strings without letter names written in the music.
Spring Week 4:

Students will be able to identify and perform rhythms containing quarter notes and eighth notes.
2. Students will be able to define tempo and tempo markings such as allegro, moderato, and andante.
Spring Week 5:
1. Students will be able to identify and perform rhythms containing quarter notes and half notes.
2. Students will learn about Ludwig van Beethoven.
